Yoga day 6


It is 2:01 pm and i have not done my session yet.
I feel like doing an aerobic workout then vegging out with the yoga.
Sweat out the angst then bring in the zen.
Whats going on? I like my morning practices better!
I woke up at 7 this morning and at 8:30 yesterday morning.
Thats practically midday for me anymore.
I'm going to lace up the new balances, shimmy into the workout gear and grab my weights outta the closet.
I'm going to kick and punch and feel the burn.
Then i'm going to center myself and practice.
I'm doing the Chakra Kriya today and perhaps the chakra meditation.
I ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch.
Stupid. Just stupid.
It tasted GREAT but i didn't really want it. I was just hungry and looking for something instant.
I'm going to cook lentils and patchoi (bok choi) for dinner.
Peppermint tea (no sugar no cream).....thats the kinda girl i need down wit ma team......lol for dessert.


eta: all done :D i worked out i did a little over 2 miles but i could have done more. A friend decided to pop by and join me and she wanted to stop after 2 miles. I did yoga after she left and it was great. great!
